Not marketing language — the practical reasons a trustee board signs a contract and keeps it.
Most of the congregations that call us have been through at least one previous cleaning contractor. The pattern is consistent: good for the first few months, then quality drifts, calls stop being returned, the price goes up at renewal without notice, or the crew just stops showing up.
After 22 years in this business, we understand why that happens and how to prevent it. Here is what we do differently.
A cleaning company that has been in business for 22 years has been through the full cycle: the clients who were easy, the ones who weren't, the crew problems, the equipment failures, the pandemic-era staffing issues. What you get after 22 years is a business that knows how to stay operational. That is what protects your cleaning schedule when things go sideways.
We do not quote verbally. Every engagement starts with a written scope of work that lists every task, every space, every product category and every frequency. The price attached to that scope is the price on the invoice. Changes to scope are made in writing, not over the phone, and the price adjusts accordingly — up or down.
You do not get whoever is available that week. You get an assigned crew with a named crew lead. The crew lead knows your building, your access arrangements and your preferences. When you have a question or a concern, you contact the same person every time.
We track your event calendar. If you have a Saturday wedding, we know about it before the week of — and we schedule accordingly. We do not require you to remind us every time your schedule changes. That is our job.
Our insurance, bonding and any applicable certifications are documented and available on request. We include this documentation with every initial quote so your trustee board does not have to chase it down. See our credentials page for specifics.
We do not have testimonials on this website. We do not ask you to post a Google review. What we have is 22 years of staying in business by doing the work well enough that clients renew. If you want references, ask — we will put you in touch with a current client whose facility type matches yours.
